Shearwater has a flexible yet disciplined approach to investing.
Our investment process relies on careful investment selection, prudent pricing and appropriate structuring on entry to each investment we make. We actively monitor risk and asset performance over the life of an investment and ensure that we have a range of exit routes.
Investments are usually heavily biased towards credit in both senior and subordinated positions but we can invest across the capital structure, including making equity or equity-linked investments. However, equity investments will be typically part of an overall investment that has a substantial credit component.
